The BLACKUMENTARY 2020 (2022) is a documentary exploring the experiences of Black students at the Johns Hopkins University. Created by the Black Student Union at Johns Hopkins University, this is the third edition of the Blackumentary, originally created in 2000 by BSU member, LaTonya Russell. The documentary features members of the Black/African diasporic community at Johns Hopkins across different backgrounds, classes, affinity groups, ethnic identities, and gender/sexual orientations.
The Blackumentary 2020 premiered in Fall 2022 at Shriver Hall in Baltimore, MD.
